Name: Carag Stanton ((Carag means fang in Tolkenian Elvish))
Race: Human
Class: Rogue
Profession: Herbalist and Alchemist
Physical Description:
Carag is a male human some six feet in height. He has auburn hair and a short, well trimmed goatee. His rather normal, fleshy complexion accents his eyes, which are a grey-blue mixture that shine with a strange brightness, despite a world-wearied face. He is of five and twenty years of age, and is in good physical condition, due to habitual training and constant use of that training.
Personality:
Carag is well humored, and kind, despite his chosen roles as a thief, assassin and spy. He is always wiling to lend a hand to a friend or fellow Guild member should they require his skills. He is generally friendly and cheerful, and can be a trickster at times. But he will turn hostile against someone who has wronged him irreparably.
He believes in neither Light nor Darkness, but his own code of morals that guides his path. Ironically, they are very similar to the path of Light, but due to conflicts with his overbearingly religious father, he refuses to admit any direct worship. He is loyal to a fault and generous to the same fault. He cannot ignore a friend in need, and is willing to put himself in danger for their benefit.
When it comes to matters of the opposite sex, Carag is a hopeless romantic. He aspires to be witty and charming, but usually fails in both areas, relegating himself to a sweet, kind fool. His chivalry may be the one thing that exceeds his loyalty and generousity, but the three are greatly related.
A gifted intellectual, Carag has had much time hiding in the shadows and drinking in the taverns to contemplate the world and his place in it. Be warned. If you engage him in philosophic debate, you will not only mark yourself as his target of discussion, but forever engage in an endless debate on the meanings of life. His knowledge of many things reflects his ideas of "knowing a little about a lot rather than a lot about a little". He has had many years of formal education at the urgings of his father, wanting to raise "an intelligent, respectable young man".
Needless to say, his current choice of lifestyle does not please the family much, and they communicate very little.
